First Digital Arts For All Training

It's official! DAFA just held the inaugural training session for her promising facilitators at Apple. Kickstarting the first stage of our project, DAFA gathered her community of passionate leaders from the deaf and youth community.

With the kind assistance of Apple's in-store trainers, the group sat down with iPads and Apple Pencils to try out the digital illustration app, Procreate, for themselves.

Not only did the session help our facilitators familiarise themselves with digital tools, they also gained a deeper understanding of sketching, editing and shading on the app's interface.

Moving forward, we can't wait to see how our facilitators will internalise and interpret art to create amazing works in the future!
