Our team at DAFA is always thankful to have the chance to work with our partners more than once. With the understanding from the first session, we can often fine-tune our content to better cater for the next.
The seniors participating in our session learn fast: many of them are able to grasp the basic tools to create artworks of their own. One of our warm-up activities include having the seniors try drawing a flower.
As you might have heard of it, our personal drawings speak volumes about our own beliefs and personalities as well. Our perspectives often subconsciously dictate the shapes, position and colours that we choose.
It is not everyday that you get to sketch out your own portrait as well. It makes us happy when we see that our participants get to learn and have a few meaningful takeaways :)
