Our DAFA team always enjoyed our sessions with the friendly seniors at Monfort Care, and this one is no exception :)
Within the social service organisation, GoodLife! is the centre that takes a holistic approach to active ageing by organising activities that address both the physical and mental wellness of seniors.
The seniors truly carried the philosophy of Goodlife! with them, as many of them were engaged and keen on learning more about online safety and the spreading of fake news.
The group was also split into two smaller groups to learn more about the basic functions of the Procreate app. We touched on sketching basic shapes, colours, shadows and light.
